  Nutrition is healthy eating for a healthy life. Not
only do you need to have a healthy life through
exercise but also through your food habits.
  We teach our children to eat fruits and vegetables
and stay away from too much sweats and sodas but
how many of us stay to those ourselves?
  When we are running through our busy lives from
home to work to the gym, do we have time for a
complete diet of essential vitamins and minerals?
  Many of the problems that we suffer in our day to
day lives could be helped if not solved by
monitoring what we were putting into our bodies
every day to much caffeine and sugar salty foods
and grease.
  We might be doing our weekly exercise but are
we doing what we need to do to make sure that our
body is happy on the inside as well as the outside
and not just thinking about the pounds but trying to
worry about the fact that the body requires minerals,
calories, carbohydrates and sugars in certain
amounts but just not too extreme an amount.
  If you are not sure how much you are getting then
go to your doctor or to a nutritionist and get a few
tests too see where your body is it is better to know
then to guess and maybe even hurt yourself with
giving yourself to much of a good thing
